GENERAL SALES PRINCIPLES FOR ZIPPER PRODUCTS

A.ORDER
A1. All order are accepted written. Verbal orders are taken into consideration.
A2. Up to %7 extra production of the zipper order has to be accepted by the customer.
A3. 14cm price is applied for closed end zippers shorter than 14cm, 30cm price is applied for open end and two way zippers shorter than 30cm.

B.ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
B1. Change or cancellation requests has to be made written.
B2. Change or cancellation requests are accepted or cancelled by bearing in mind the production phase of the order.
B3. In case of cancellation, the cost of the production phase that the order was stopped is demanded.

C.FREIGHT AND INSURANCE
C1. Freight and insurance costs for other cities belong to the buyer.
C2.Our company is responsible for delivering the goods to the transportation company that the buyer informs.

D.ZIPPER LENGTH
D1. The margin for the ordered zippers’ length is +5mm. (TURKISH STANDARTS INSTITUTE’s norms are in use for the margin of zipper length.)

COLOR WORKOUT AND APPROVAL
E1. In order to be able to find the required color, at least 5cm x 5cm sized color sample should be sent. Color sample has to be cut and sent from the fabric that zipper will be sewn to.
E2. In case of not sending color sample or sending the color sample from a different fabric other than the actual fabric, exact tone to tone color shouldn’t be expected. In disagreements emerging from this kind of case, our company doesn’t accept any responsibility and value of manufactured zippers is demanded.
E3. In color workouts for long chain and sliders, probable problems for the quantities less than minimum capacity of dyeing machine is not under our company’s guarantee. This condition is assumed as accepted by the customer. The loss that may emerge from probable problems belong to the customer. Minimum dyeing machine capacities are 3kg for long chain, 500 pieces for slider and puller.

F.IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE PAID ATTENTION IN USING ZIPPER
F1. Zippers have to be completely zipped before any kind of washing.
F2. Problems that may emerge from operations on zippers like bleaching, dyeing, washing and stone washing are under buyer’s responsibility.
F3. Our company is responsible for the zipper in the form that we delivered it.
F4. Zippers that will be sewn on different color has be informed to our company in written form.
F5. Zippers always has to kept in dry places and in their packages.
F6. Buyer company should check the correctness of order before using zipper.
F7. In case raw zippers are dyed by user, responsibility belongs to user.

G.DISAGREEMENT
G1. Delivered goods are not taken back except defective ones. Defectiveness of the goods has to be established by the test reports of ISTANBUL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY textile laboratories.
G2. In case of any disagreement, our company’s responsibility is limited to changing broken or defective zippers.
