USAGE OF ZIPPER AND ADVICES

1. Zipper should be zipped and covered with a fine muslin or fabric before the product is ironed.
   
   
2. Product washing temperature should be between 30°C - 50°C.
   
   
3. Zipper should be zipped before product is washed.
   
   
4. If the product is in light colors, oxide plated zippers should be preferred.
   
   
5. The problem can be solved by rubbing soap on the teeth of hardly operating zippers.
   
   
6. Weight of zipper should have the same ratio with product to be sewn weight.
   
   
7. Zipper should be kept in dry places.
   
   
8. For sewing invisible zipper without trouble, zipper sewing apparatus should be used.
   
   
9. Zipper with high tensile test results should be preferred as boot zipper.
   
   
10. For especially nylon boot zippers, T11 teeth size should be preferred.
